Are there any doggy events or meet ups happening in Norfolk or Suffolk in the near future?
Everyone seems to be meeting up, but so far away, Cadbury says he is feeling left out, especially with his KC at the moment. Late September/Early October he'll be better.

I am in Norfolk, in King's Lynn area, are you anywhere near that, I have a 6 month old choccie lab who is quite boisterous when playing, but she would love to meet other labs. It would make a nice change from walking on my own all of the time. If it is too far away perhaps we could arrange something halfway. I am sure other people could do same thing if we could arrange a definate date and venue. What do you think?

what a shame some of you didn't get up to sandringham this weekend - as the dog show was great fun and you could have met some LF members there ----

Hi,
Kings Lynn is a fair hike from me, I'm in North Suffolk. But if we could find some place in between that would be good.
I'm told Thetford forest is a good doggy walking spot, the family went there yesterday and reported that there were loads of dogs about. Maybe a few people would be interested in getting together for an autumnal walk there?
It costs to get in, but we could make a day of it, the dogs would love it.
Kaladancer, I would have loved to have come to Sandringham, but events conspired against me. I was already booked to go elsewhere on both Sat and Sun.
Still there'll always be another time.

South Wootton is part of King's Lynn really.
Thetford would be good. There were a few others trying to get something going a while back but it never went ahead ...

... so some of those people may be interested ?

I think that's good idea. I'll find some more details about Thetford then start a dedicated post. Maybe we can get a few people interested.

I would definately be interested, I could make Thetford. Could it be a weekend though because I can leave the children behind then, and just take Tia.
Message to Harbydog, in the meantime perhaps if you are just in South Wootton we could meet up at Wootton woods sometime and let them have a play together. Tia is soooo full of energy that I am sure she would love a playaround with your fella. He is a lovely looking chap. Just let me know if you are interested.

sorry not to see you - but in quiet moments, i did a bit of dog training with a couple of dogs here and there..........
sorry but personally i avoid thetford - because of lymes disease being prevalent in the area.............
newmarket heath is a great place to walk dogs - under control when loose - but you cannot have them off lead until after 1 pm........
brancaster beach is great too
