We are planning to breed our first litter later this year. I have covered all the health checks and the quality of pups I am looking to produce. But could anyone give me any advice. Or maybe you would like to share your own experiences?

Blimey Ian thats a huge open ended question I have a three page document I've written giving advice on mating a bitch and all (or most of) the things that I've found people find difficult, confusing or debateable. Might be useful to you, even just bits and pieces.
Can email it to you if you whip me through your email.
Otherwise are there any areas that are jumbled in your mind? Its such a huge topic from *now* whilst you are still thinking through to the last pup leaving that it would be a book not a 'post' from me anyway
