Hi,

I am posting on behalf of a work colleague who has had a sudden change in circumstances and can now not devote the time that this lab needs.

Rio a lively friendly choc lab approx 15 months old. He has been neutered, about a month ago. He has had about 2 or 3 previous homes but the previous owners were not able to cope with his naughty behaviour - from what I have been told it seems to be more a case that he was not given anything much in the way of training, and he has improved a bit since his present owners have been training him.

I have not met this dog but he sounds like a sweetie who needs to become better socialised and better trained - if my own pup was older I would take this dog on in an instant.

Is there anyone in the cambs or peterborough area who would like to consider this lab? If you PM me I will pm you with the owners contact details so you can discuss it directly.

Well, I hope he soon finds a good permanent home. Two or three (or more) by the age of 15 months is a high turnover.

Have you tried PM-ing Natalie (Littlelab), who is the usual co-ordinator of that sort of thing on here.

Labrador Rescue South East & Central cover that area and there are various reps on here including Alison (Wildwater). Don't know if they can help?
