Have you tried charcoal biscuits? Available from loads of places, inc. Pets at Home, Jollies etc.

Oh I love puppy breath
If it is bad breath though the charcoal tablets do work and you can also by breath freshner biscuits for dogs

It's not stinky breath as such, just that "used to be cute but not so much anymore" breath. It's not horrible, but.....well you know!
I'm probably being nieve here but, would mint leaves or parsley mixed with his food work?
And whats happening with my Signature!!!!!!

Rawhide chews seem to clean the teeth, and therefore their breath. Also, dry food helps keep their teeth clean.
