I would put her in a crate if she is destroying your house then she can't do your home or herself any harm.
Just a thought...years ago my mum came home to our old lab a couple of times...once while she was here to find a load of damage. It turned out that the battery was going on our fire alarm and was doing an intermittant beep...must of drove her crackers as when we realized and changed the batteries she stopped.
The only cure for phantoms that I know of is spaying. My lab had a phantom after her first season and the vet told me if I didn't spay they would get progressivley worse after each subsequent season. hth
