Anyone going to The Hampshire Country Show 25/26 May?

G'day all,

OK, trying to fit in to the new location and get to all the best the area has to offer, so I went into the local Information Centre in Newbury this morning and I got a brochure for the Hampshire Country Show.
To be held at Broadlands, Romsey, which is near Southampton.
Is anyone going? If so which day?
Or has anyone been in the past, was it any good?
It's only an hour from our new place so we're thinking of checking it out. Maybe with a drive/walk through the New Forest while we're down there.

LOL stupid people planning these events why have two only an hour from each other and hold them both on the same weekend? Grrrrr.
I have a feeling we'll just be going to the Highclere one can't see hubby wanting to go to two in one weekend!
But if anyone knew if one was better than the other that might help me decide... then again if you're going to the Highclere one then that could well be my decision made!! Smile

I'm possibly going to this on either sun or Mon....thats if i'm not needed for a display thingy. Lots really lovely and be nice to see my sister and kids as they live down there and i've not seen them for a while. Very Happy

We are going to this and combining it with a trip to see family in Hampshire. Looks good.

I may have my friend and her family coming over that weekend, but that is not certain yet but subject to that if there are peeps going I may well be interested...

Though how I will cope with TWO on lead dogs, is quite another question!
