Any advice please?
Last night I made a post about teething and runny poop. Haven't had a chance to check that post today because this morning we got up to a Hudson with a swollen face.
He isn't particularily off, is still bouncy and playing but he still has the runs. Fairly forceful windy runs. He is trying to scratch at his belly a fair bit but the biggest change since last night is his face.
It looks like there is a little red spot on the nose side of his eye and there is a raised bumpy part on his nose.
There is nothing particularily new to his diet - he has had a bit of smoked sausage for training, but he's had it before. I have been wondering about his belly button. He's always had a teeny tiny little bean sized bump there. I don't think you could call it a hernia per se, but I've never seen a lab with a hernia before. I've poked it and prodded it from time to time and it doesn't bother him. I just got Husband to touch it just now and its still not bothering him.
Are these two things connected?? swollen face and exsplosive diarehoea. Should we call the vets emergency line??

Has he been stung ? As that would explain the swollen face !!
If I was you then yes call the vets as if it is a bee or wasp sting then he looks like he could be allergic to it

He has been stung before... and is allergic and we took him to the vets at that time. His face was uniformly swollen when he was stung. So this looks slightly different.
