Help! How do I get my pictures small enough to upload, only got them down to 80 and this is too big !!

For the Aviator you have to reduce to 80 x 50 pixels....can you do this? If not there is a free prog that you can use....
Irfanview...dunno if .com or co.uk...but if go into google should pick it up........
