We had a lady last night come to the house from www.doggymatters.co.uk, very very nice lady - she has offered to walk Fudge every day in the lunch time for 1 hour - costing £5 per day.

She has said that she has no issues taking him back to her house afterwards and looking after him until we come home from work.

She said that she would probably train him clicker also.

What is the going rate for dog walking, do you think this is a good deal ?

Sounds like a brilliant deal to me specially as she`s happy to take Fudge back to her house to wait for you to pick him up.

Does she have lots of other dogs at her house as well?, looking at her site it looks like she works alone.

I got a quote from someone who charges £6 per hour.

Saw a card in the post office yesterday which charges £3.50 for 1/2 hour but didn't say what the charge was for 1 hour.

No she has another dog, she seemed very nice, and more importantly Fudge relaxed with her.

I know of alot of people who have used her, and they said she is great.

Sounds ideal to me, if you know people that have recommended her.
