hello lurkers

I laugh quite a bit at my dogs, they do some funny things and make some weird noises. The best one is when , they want something, especially when you are eating, and the plate slowly gets empty, they let out an almighty sound, as if they are huffing in sheer disbelief, that they arent getting any.

Do yours make some funny noises too lol Laughing

Phoebe is a great one for making strange noises. When it is not her turn at the puppy classes and she has to wait if she thinks she has been waiting too long she sits there going 'hmmmmmmm hmmmm hmmmm', not whining, just absent mindedly humming it would seem.
She also has a weird habit at the moment now that she is teething the last of her teeth; if she desperately feels the need to chew on an arm or a foot (fortunately only reasonably soft mouthing) she lets out a little yelp of frustration at her self before hand so that we know to get out of the way.
She also sighs regularly in disbelief at our sheer audacity for not giving her what we are eating.

Hi Colette,

Yes - we often laugh at Brad for the same thing, he always lets out a huge sigh just as our plates turn empty, as if to say 'the cheek of it, and they didn't even offer me a bit' ! lol Laughing

When Scooby is squeaking his squeaky toy at full pelt he makes a sort of bear growl noise (can't think of how to describe it really)

His whining when being ignored gets everyone going 'awwww'!

When he has to wait his turn in training class, he normally lets out a big long yawn with 'squeaky door' noise, just so that all the attention goes on him Laughing

before i got vogue one of my lecturers was telling me his last experience of having a dog in a lecture.
He was lecturing at a weekend course at the university but he was running late and so all the students had arrived an set down when he arrived, the doors to this lecture theatre are behind where the lecturer stands and theres a 1.5m gap between the wall at the back and the furthest back seats, so, paul arrives, gets half way through the lecture there is an almighty sigh, he looks round the lecture theatre but no one seems board, only when everyone was leaving the lecture theatre did he see a yellow guide dog lab being roused by one of the students, then it all clicked!
