what a day....I have had a brilliant birthday....will remember this one for a long time...I am shattered after fighting to get round with jack in his wheelchair (never again). At 11am we watched Steph (annj) daughter collect her YKC award and Ann and I didn't realise the camera man was standing opposite us...we both cried it was so moving...she did herself proud(ann will post I am sure)...Kimmy was very well behaved...and Jack wanted to adopt him or swap alfie for him.... We walked into crufts behind Ben Fogle...(he didn't speak to us though,look half a sleep!!!) it was early 9am... saw Matt Baker...nice man very polite and Victoria ? who makes dogs behave themselves!!!! I have fallen totally for the blood hounds...wish we lived in a bigger house with lots of land....bertha is just adorable... Next year though we are going on a week day...without jack it was just too much...for him and us...he was ok until he met a great dane and it towered above him in his chair...(don't think jack was sure)... Today we have meet some great people and meeting ann,steve,steph and kimmy was the icing on the cake...I hope they enjoyed themselves as much as we all did even Sam... Thanks ann for the pressies and cards...(simon says thank you for his...its his birthday tomorrow) cheers Keren and alfie

Good to hear you had a good time Keren, someone said to me that the w/e`s are always busy, specially the BIS day. Poor Jack, I`d find a GD quite intimidating and I`m not in a chair so can only imagine how he must have felt, knowing that they are really big softies isn`t a lot of consolation in that situation!
