Hi,
Just thought I'd let you all know that we have had our little girls Jenna & Izzy nearly 2 weeks now and what fun they are!
They eat well, which is really nice as I've been used to my picky Great Danes. They are gradually learning to go to the loo in the garden, although it's very early days and so accidents are to be expected. They have settled well over night now, so we're getting some sleep.
On the funny side, they are now beating up my Dane pup regularly! They are having great fun trying to dig their way to the centre of the earth in my garden! I spend all the time they're out there removing stones from their mouths, as they do seem very fond of them! I've obviously missed some little ones, but luckily they have deposited them through the other end!
Their both getting the hang of "Sit" so we'll stick with that one until we've got it fully mastered, until we try the next command.
They love everybody, which is again really nice, because the Danes can be a little standoffish with some people.
So far, so good. If we can just get through to them that it doesn't matter how long you sit and bark at the cats, they are not going to play, we'll be on a winner!!!!
