This is not really that funny in fact it could have been very bad!
Somehow benson got into the room where we keep his food....its kept in a big bin, we always keep it topped up, well story goes i was out washing the car and left benson in the house ( as i cant use the hose pipe when he is there he goes bonkers, very funny but thats another story) so as i was saying left benson in the house and i must have forgot to close the door where we keep his food......you can all guess what happened next!!!!!!! he must have been in there eating out of his food bin for a least half hour!! we kept an eye on him and he seemed fine .... bet he thought xmas came early. forgot to tell my wife and she gave him his tea and he ate it!!!!!!!! how greedy Laughing

sorry for the long story

lol...I did this last week, went off to work in the morning and when I came back at lunchtime realised the door to the utility room had been left open, also where the big bin of food is kept Embarassed

I thought the worst, that he would have tipped it over and eaten the lot - but instead found him sitting in his bed with a pair of pants he had stolen from the laundry basket! Laughing

He hadn't even touched the crate with all the doggy treats etc...obviously dirty washing is far more interesting to him Laughing Laughing

Dan once broke into his food and I didn't notice him doing it. He must have stuffed himself until he couldn't eat another thing. The first I knew about it was when he kept drinking and his tummy got bigger and bigger. I hadn't noticed the food had been raided, so took him to the vet who didn't know what the 'mass' was in his tummy. X-rays were taken and sent for referral to Potters Bar, scans done and blood tests run. The whole little episode cost us £200 as the vet didn't appear to recognise it as food in his belly Rolling Eyes When I noticed the sack had been attacked it all made sense!

Dan is a pants and socks fetishist...oh and face flannels. Someone left my office door open last week and he sneaked off and was found playing the giddy goat with my boss's face flannel Shocked (it is a private house and he must have wandered down to their bathroom Embarassed ) If he walks into our bedroom, when he walks out he very sneakily nicks a sock or a pair of pants off the chair - so sneakily, that you don't see him doing it!! He just walks out with his nose very low to the ground and you know he's got something Very Happy
