DEAR ALL,
We need some advice for our 9 month old yellow lab. For the last two weeks oscar seems to limp only occasionally ( for about 20 secs) on his left hind leg. It seems to resolve quickly and is able to run about straight after. It doesn't matter what surface we are walking on, the length of time we are walking him for neither does he do it everyday??
Should we be worried???? He doesn't seem to be in any discomfort!!!

Have you checked his pads for cuts, thorns etc?
If a dog is limping at all, it means there is some level of discomfort, even if slight. If there are no obvious causes in the foot, I would recommend you get your vet to check him over.
