Since Charlie has been on Burns (Lamb and Brown Rice) he has been much less gassy and sloppy at the rear end.
I did read on the forums recently that it is not necessarily a good idea to give pups weetabix, though a number of breeders do so (Charlie's did). As already mentioned, lactose intolerance is also a possibility.
Your pup is only eight weeks old, and presumably has only just moved in with you. Maybe give him a week or so to settle down from that upheaval, and if his digestion is still not improving then consider a gradual transition (over a week or more) to a different food.
