That's a long journey for a pup plus the risk of being stolen from the car, personally if she was mine I would put her in kennels for the day or what about her breeder would they have her back for a few hours?

Just as most everyone has said stuffed Kongs are the best
Bea, Lux and now Brig too all have a Kong snugga wubba They have all had them since being pups and are about as safe as possible for a toy Brig has a x-large one that is snugly and squeaks They all like them a lot and I feel safe leaving them alone with them
Like others have suggested a stuffed kong is a great idea and will keep her busy for a while and hopefully stop the boredom. Also there are some great Nylabone toys, I highly suggest the Puppy Teething Rings as our puppy loves them and they are very durable as well.
Hope all goes well

Those nylabone rings are good I've never known a dog be able to swallow/destroy one. If she's not keen on it at first smear something on it then give it her, my boy wasn't keen on adult nylabones at first so I put some squeezy honey on them occasionally and soon found he would go looking for them then he seemed to realise they are quite nice to chew even without the honey and ever since I've not had to bribe him he fetches them to chew on.
I would find a dog sitter or a friend who can have her for the day-many people love to have a pup for the day!! I wouldn't be happy leaving a pup or even my adult dogs in the car for any length of time in a car park out of my sight. Someones adult dog got stolen from a car in a car park at a busy shopping centre across the road from me - it was parked on the shop level in broad daylight in a very busy car park with security cameras and security guards patrolling....Awful!
Also at her age it is hard to get them to focus on even a Kong for any length of time as their concentration levels arn't great plus if shes had a long car journey she'll be gagging to play!!
If you really have to leave her then I would suggest a Nylabone smeared with something tasty. I don't leave mine with Kongs anymore as Leo my GSP chews big pieces off to get to whats inside!!! Frozen or unfrozen, black or red...the boy knows how to destory them and he's not even a particularly chewy dog!!
