Well 2 went last week and 3 are going tomorrow Sad

Am really happy for them but the longer they are with us the harder it is getting to let them go!!

I weighed the rest of them today and am amazed just how much they are now!!
The heaviest is 4.5k and lightest is 3.5k at 10wks. How does that compare to labs at the same age? They all look almost lab pup size to me Rolling Eyes but I may have 'false memory syndrome' Laughing Laughing

Thanks for all your very helpful advise over the last few months!!

Thanks Hayley,
What is supprising is the largest is the pup with the health problems!! He still falls over and is having absences, his head is a bit 'domed' so he looks a bit odd!! (He is not available for adoption yet til we know more about the long term out look!!) He will stay with us for now!!

Great news that they are heading off to their new homes Very Happy (although not so great for you - I think I'd struggle to part with any pups as well Laughing )

Bella weighed around 4.5 to 5kg at 10 weeks, but she was quite small. She got campylobacter 3 days after I brought her home (I have no idea how or where she got it) so she lost a bit of weight in her first week with me.

Murphy weighed 11.75kg at 12 weeks !! 4.5kg at 10 weeks sounds light.

To give you a different perspective my working cocker pup was 3kg at around 8 weeks when we brought her home. She is now 8kg at 20 weeks!!!

It sounds like you have done a great job with them. Would you do it again?

Seb was 8kg at 10 weeks but he was the heaviest in the litter. Good luck letting them go, I think I'd struggle!

Good to hear the pups are all off to their new homes, if it hadn`t been for you and Steph`s hard work they wouldn`t have had that chance, you two should be very proud of yourselves Very Happy

I hope the last one shows some improvement and is able to be rehomed eventually, although I`m sure your not complaining that he`s having to stay at least for now Smile
