they do like to do funny things don't they - but hey he dropped his bird treasure for you that's good even if it wasn't quite a good a present as he might have thought Shocked

Sam's a total wuss a hint of rain and he's back in the house going "no I don't want to go for a walk" "what do you mean you stupid woman its freezing" and "where's the car I want to go home how dare you make me get wet and cold" all done whilst looking with pleading eyes, tail down like he was the most badly done to dog on the earth Rolling Eyes

What's Bentley's favourite thing? I tried a few tricks with Sam to get him to come in quickly when he thought it would be more interesting outside like "Sam what's mummy got" "Sam where's Mummy" (he adores my Mum) "Sam biscuits" or if all else failed go inside and open the breadbin within seconds he'd be there! Laughing Now most of the time a simple "Sam, in" works just fine but as Bentley is so young there's no harm in showing him that coming back in when called means TREATS! Smile

Yep we have a lab who will occasionally whinge to go out in the evening, not to pee or pooh but just to have a good sniff of the air and occasionally a wander around garden or a lay down.
So yep don't worry. It is great to be a lab owner. I would not have it any other way.(even when he helping digging the garden or dead heading the Rose bushes). Laughing
