My poor Bonnie girl Crying or Very sad started hacking up white stuff in the early hours of the morning. Crying or Very sad

She's a bit down in herself but not ill enough to warrant a visit to the vet (for the vet to see her in the car)

We were supposed to be going to Devon on holiday tomorrow - we were so looking forward to it. Me, DH and the girls - a week of walking in Dartmoor is just what we needed.

I've spoken to the owner of the cottage and she (quite rightly) doesn't want us to go if Bonnie has KC. They have dogs on the farm and two other dogs are booked in to the other cottage.

We were booked to go to The Cotswolds in Sept last year but then we got Bonnie in August and the cottage wouldn't let us take two dogs so we lost that money. Crying or Very sad

I know it seems selfish of me but I'm really disappointed. We SO needed the break Crying or Very sad

Any chance the cottage would let you rearrange the booking for later in the year?

Would Bonnie's insurance not cover you?

I doubt whether they'd let us take it another week as it'll mean they lose money with it sitting empty for a week

I'm going to check Bonnie's insurance xx

Can you not pass the holiday onto a friend??? Then maybe they would give you some of the money for it as they will be getting a break too. Might be worth asking even if it is late notice.

Ask on here see if anyone wants it you never know. Im to far away, dont drive, and have a dog with stitches so i cant help you out on it sadly.

As for Bonnie warm milk and hunnie (think moment i cant spell it lol) or baby cough med to help with her cough and sore throat
