I've been meaning to do a long walk for months and Mike is always talking about Edale. Mike is planning to be the guide for the day, heaven help us all Wink
Were meeting up at the sportsmans Inn pub in Hayfield post code SK22 2LE on Sunday the 5th of Feb at 10am. Were planning to do a long walk (5 mile ish) through Edale and then to the pub for a late lunch.
Anyone going should bring warm clothing, possibly waterproofs, walking boots, a snack and water for you and your dogs.

As normal everyone is welcome to join us Very Happy

We'd love to come but Eddie is a bit young at the moment. Have fun!

Oh, that sounds great. I'll just have to check the date first, though, as it sounds familiar but I'm not sure why!

Maybe we should find a B&B to be thrown out of while we're there?? Wink

We stayed in Hayfield for a walking holiday last year. Fabulous walking - hope you and the dogs love it as much as we did!

I'd be interested. Is it a circular walk? It's too far for Molly, but she may well be going home again for the weekend. Peppa would probably be ok, and Jazz would plod along. I'll manage too Laughing Laughing

I'm giving blood on 4th which is why that weekend sounded familiar - but I'm free on the 5th so we'll be there! I've not been walking in the Peaks for ages, really looking forward to it.
