Yes thats waht i was thinking just make sure hes only the estate and not the park/field. He isnt going to be going into the back garden as its all muddy thanks to him charging around there like a nutter so front garden only which is doenst usualy wee in but so far so good.

7 weeks sounds like a long time. Archie had to have no exercise for the first couple of days, then short (10 - 15 mins), on-lead walks for the next week. Then, 10 days after the operation, he had his stitches out and could go back to normal exercise.
