Thankyou Nat for starting this topic.
We always need foster homes and alot of what we can do depends on how many foster homes we have, of course the more foster homes we have the more dogs we can help.
Transport is another of our major headaches, the best areas for us is the Midlands but we have foster homes all over.
If you don't have your own transport we do try to work around this and if you work part time this is something else we can work around.
We try to match a dog to you the same as if you adopt a dog.
We have only recently saved a black lab from being pts and he will be coming into our care this weekend(thanks liz for the alert) but without our dedicated team of fosterers Gus as he is known, would now be no longer with us.
So anything you can help with for any of the rescues is always worth its weight in gold.
Pat xx

I know you have heard this before but we are having to turn dogs away because of a lack of foster homes for them .
One of our ladies is in Ireland now and we are not able to help as many as we could because of a lack of foster homes for them, some of these dogs life depends on it.
Chocoliza have pmd you.
Keeley who Denise is fostering is looking for a foster home, so we can empty Denise out abit for the next ones.
Please anyone thinking about it, please help.

If any one would like to start fostering and interesed in Keeley who is a lab x you couldnt wish for an easier dog to start with, he is such a good boy.....if i didnt have so many little furbabies i would have kept hold of this one forever!!!!
He is housetrained apart from the odd marking, good with our other dogs, shows a little interesest in the cat but doesnt chase or bark at them.
We dont have young kids but Keeley is so gentle i dont think he would hurt a fly and he is graceful in his movements so i cant see him knocking children over.
Please consider fostering there are alot of dogs needing help and not enough foster places to help
It will make such a difference o these poor dogs.

Hi all, me again
I know there are a still a few people out there teetering, thinking, 'Oh I'd love to but'...
The Council Pounds this week in both the UK and Ireland are bursting at the seams, in Ireland the Government pay the pound a 'bounty' for every dog they PUT TO SLEEP, KILL!!, there are rescues all over the country willing to SAVE these dogs, they have just SEVEN days in whcih to do it, THEY NEED YOUY HELP.
Thank you to the wonderful people who have already responded to this appeal.

A big thankyou to nicandan, who has filled out her form for me and we will no doubt have her with a foster dog sooner than she can change her mind .

we're looking foward to it, life is too short for these poor babies as is it, if i can help them on their way to a happy life im more than happy to help, theres always room for more in my house be it people or dogs,,(although i think most of my family think im on the eccentric side but i have told them its genetic! lol) life would be far to boring and empty without them, but i must add that i do prefer the company of my dogs to that of people lol.
