Looking at the list of ingredients for that, I'm not really surprised she poos a lot.....

Wheat, Meat Meal (min 10% beef in red kibble), Wheatfeed, Maize, Poultry Fat, Digest, Linseed, Beet Pulp, Rice, Peas (min 4% in pea kibble), Lucerne, Minerals, Yeast (0.08%), Citrus Extract (0.04%) & Yucca Extract (0.01%)

Wheat, Wheatfeed (what the hell is that?), Maize, Digest (again, what is that?) and Beet Pulp are all just fillers I think. So as they aren't of any real nutritional value to the dog, they just pass straight through.

OMG so much poo....must be the Wagg I'm afraid, like Jules says...what are those ingredients? Hope you can find something which will help foodwise that won't dent your pocket too much and will reduce all that waste Smile

Personally I'd look for a food which has some form or meat or fish as it's first ingredient (as this will be in the greatest quantity then). I wouldn't generally feed anything with wheat or maize in, even though I know my dogs can tolerate them. Many dogs have trouble with these two ingredients though and a few have trouble with Beet pulp too.

The Wagg will not be helping and she will poo alot with those ingredients but with her on/off pattern of runs get a stool sample checked for giardia.

Murphy and Amber are fed twice a day - Amber poos once or twice (shes fed Burns), Murphy goes two or three times (fed Wafcol/Burns)

Leo is on 3 meals and goes three or four times - he's on Burns and Wafcol and is fed more than the recommended amount as he's a growing lanky Pointer!!

I'm having the same problem with Chelsea, she's pooing a lot and it's mostly sloppy. I've tried feeding a little less but she looks too skinny now and she still can't go through the night without a poo. China is fine and has no problem going through the night and her poos look fine. They're both on arden grange twice a day. I've ordered some orijen and am hoping it arrives today and I'll start switching both pups onto that as soon as it comes.
I hope it sorts her out, otherwise I'll take a poo sample to the vet just to make sure there's no infection. I'm exhausted from the night time shennanigans and the morning clean ups. I fear I'm getting too old for two 'babies' in the house!!!

I feed Sam four times a day because of him having IBD this makes it easier for him to digest and absorb his food. He only poos twice a day now and they are hard, he goes first thing before breakfast and once in the late afternoon/evening. Other times he only goes for a wee and I always go outside with him for his evening wee to make sure he goes before bed, he goes to bed at 10pm and gets up between 5am and 6am with me.

Things you can do to slow her eating down - gobblenot bowl or dogpause bowl, kong wobbler if dry kibble or dental kong with her meal in if wet food.

To be honest I am having the same difficulty with Ebony. Both her and Molly are fed fish4dogs adult, Ebony is 6 months old now and it is easier to feed both the same. Unfortunately Molly has gained a lot of weight on this food and the more I cut it down the more she steals and scavenges when we are out walking. I am halfway through a 15kg sack and now is the time to change. I did feed JWB in the beginning and think I may go back to that. Molly can't tolerate lamb, makes or itchy and turkey makes her have soft poo!! That is why I like to feed fish. I was wondering about feeding JWB fish and vegetable for Molly as we have weight issues and fish and rice for Ebony. There is no need to put her on Junior is there? Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Oops, should have done my homework, looking at the list of ingredients for JWB, rice is listed first!! Then the fish and so on. Knowing that I should feed something with the fish as the first ingredient, any suggestions. I need a food to keep Mollys weight under control, she is showbred and 3 years old and Ebony is show/working bred and 6 months old. I am not too worried about the cost as it is more important to get the pooing, appetite control and general condition of the girls right!! Saying that I don't to pay silly prices, but am happy to pay more than JWB prices for the right food!!
