Hello again.
I have been really busy and hardly been on here for a while but back in november i got a huge shock!
My little fellow bono was taken very poorly. First thing (approx 6am) he was absolutely fine, running and playing in the garden with skye.
I took the kids to school and when i came back (9am) he was very quiet, i decided to have him checked out so i got an appointment at 2.10pm to see the vet. Within 30mins of ringing for the appointment he lost the reflexes in his front leg, i rang them back and took him then. (10am)
I had to wait to see the vet (40mins ish) and by that time all his legs has gone. It was shocking to see. Crying or Very sad To give you the picture.....He walked into the vets and by the time we saw the vet he had to carry him. Crying or Very sad
I got a call in the afternoon to say he was no better and couldnt stand and by teatime he was paralised.... Crying or Very sad
We had him PTS and the vet who admitted him rang me the next day to say he had never seen a dog deteriorate so quickly.
Has anybody any ideas what could of caused it?
meningitus was mentioned but he never had a temp, he also never seemed to loose consiousness.

Sorry I have no suggestions as to what could have happened to poor Bono.
It must have been a terrible shock for you. Have the vets not done any investigations or made any suggestions?

Unfortunately I cannot assist with diagnosis, sounds like a bleed or brain tumour perhaps but just wanted to send you a Group Huuug! it must have been such a shock and heartbeaking.
