Don't think everyone is great at the classes we spend most of our time laughing through the class Laughing
Apart from the instuctor everyone gets bits wrong, but everyone keeps going and it is a good work out.
It's £3.50 to drop into any class at my gym (near S.Gossy metro) and I'll be there for moral support if you fancy it, I promise I'll only be laughing at myself Very Happy

I love it, I did the classes for a while and the wii game is just as good and sweaty as the classes!

Don't think I could manage a class yet Embarassed what day is it on as I know I have no excuse as I work at S gosforth Laughing Laughing I will have to build myself up to going Laughing Laughing Laughing is that the one beside domino s pizza Very Happy I know I will huff and puff all the way through lol

That's what I thought you could just hop off the metro and come down. The one near dominos prob does it as well but mine is at Greens. There really are all levels of fitness in the class and if you haven't done it before you can just take it slowly. There's a class on everyday Smile

Ok I will build myself up to it normally I just fall off the train after being up at 4 Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing rather than hop Laughing Laughing I normally finish at 13.30 tue wed so I know I have no excuse I will PM you sometime if that's OK for times and stuff and thanks I will need moral support ahem(dragged through the class with everyone saying didn't think mr had a sister Laughing Laughing Embarassed)
