Snoozy (Suzie!) joined us yesterday as a foster girlie. She's pretty shell-shocked about all the changes as she just came out of the PF a few days before.
MT think she's about 4, but she has no muscle tone and her joints seem a bit dodgy. Her undercarriage is also very saggy at the moment, but with better diet and some exercise this should tighten up a bit. Poor girlie has never been for walks, played ball, swam, cuddled on the sofa, or even been inside a house until yesterday.
So far, Suzie has felt comfortable following the other dogs around the garden, and indoors has decided the crate is her sanctuary. Astonishingly, she has also been completely clean and dry indoors!
We have seen glimpses of the happy girlie that she really should be, and it will be a pleasure and a privilege to help her on her journey until she finds her forever family.
If you know of anyone who's looking for an undemanding companion and has the patience and love to bring this sweet girl forward, please point them in Snoozy's direction. Or have you got space in front of your fire for this lovely girl?

She is just adorable, I was hooked from the first photo. How heartbreaking to see such a sad face on such a young girlie, if only I had the space I would snap her up in a heartbeat. Imagine how amazing it would be to teach her the joy that a normal doggie life holds. I so hope that someone on LF adopts her so that we can follow her story.
Oh that face, I wish so much I could come and get her, she looks so sad in the first pic, but the smile in the third is beautiful, are you fostering her in Carmarthenshire.
I think we are to far away, but she would definately be here in front of my fire, if I could pursuade hubby that there is room.
Ahh Bless Her. The sadness in her eyes is heart wrenching. I do hope he finds her forever home soon. I am desperate for a third girl, another rescue but my husband has dug is heels in and said no and two is enough. Have already exchanged many words on the subject so moving to separate rooms tonight. Will see where it takes us.
There are so many puppy farms out there

Thanks, everyone, for all the kind words. I wouldn't want to cause any marriage bust-ups to find Suzie her forever home though!
We have had a low-key day, and Suzie has bimbled in and out of the house with the others, and has learned how to take a treat from my hand - she's very clumsy and dropped the first couple (needless to say one of the others hoovered them up!). She likes little cubes of cheese....
Puppy farms are hideous, Gillian. I can't bear to think of the sheer *nothing* that these poor dogs endure. Still, Suzie is sleeping on a comfy duvet in her crate, warm and safe, and with a little roast chicken for her dinner... at least for her life just got better.
