Well after being diagnosed with depression and suffering a real low i have made alot of little changes and we are planning some big ones. Firstly I have invested in a dog walker 2 evenings and for a saturday morning she will drive them to local woods and parks such as clumber etc places I cant take them as I dont have a car.....well i have a car just havent passed my test yet
I have got my ucas in and I am awaiting replys but have decided that as a family we are going to move were ever it makes life easier for uni which could be notts (were i have family) or lincoln again i have family close by or derby. However if it goes to clearing it could be anywere but as a family we will move. It will be the september my daughter starts full time school so it seems a good time to make these choices.
My tutors gave me extensions on coursework that i was to scared to tackle because i was scared to fail but I am going through it all at a good pace now.
For xmas my mum bought me enough spa vouchers for the aqua sana spa at center parcs for me to go for some r and r me time. My OH has researched a fly ball and agility club which i can get to as soon as a place becomes availble for agility and the fly ball has space atm for a strat a week on wednesday .
So by asking for help and taking every worry i have step by step I am slowly getting there and feeling better about it all. xx
Well done Stacey. Keep it up, small steps at a time. You never know where you'll end up.
What are you hoping to study? My daughter was thinking of Nottiingham as one of her choices, but I think she didn't put it in the end. Good luck with it all. I'm sure you'll do well.
Well done Stacey - you ought to see the lists I have floating around the house sometimes! I make a list and then prioritise what I can get done today, what in the week, what in a month and what is in no rush at all.
You have made lots of positive little changes and made some really supportive big decisions with your family. You should be very proud of yourself!
Glad that so far so good in 2012 for you - hope the rest is as positive and good luck with that coursework, your ucas app. and the flyball!!! xxx
