Are the shakes suggesting she has itchy ears? or something in her ears?
Are the red? smelly? hot? or anything like that?

Margaret-Anne, have you checked Lucy's ears for wax, it may make you feel better if she is shaking coz of waxy ears and not going into a fit.

Just bring the vet appointment forward, if only for your own peace of mind. Can you get up there this evening?
At least then you will have a good night's sleep rather than worrying about her for the next two days. If she's been out of sorts she may have got an ear infection while her immune system's been down. But we can't see what the shaky-head looks like to tell if it her ears.
Definitely bring the appointment forward, you're going to take her anyway, may as well be sooner rather than later so you can all put your minds at ease.
{{{{hugs}}}} to you, Lucy and Molly
