Poor Dudley cut his pad at the park this morning.

Despite bathing and resting it, it wouldn't stop bleeding so we went to the vets.

Now Duds is the biggest wuss in the world - he hides under the dining room table every time I put my reading specs on cos he thinks I'm going to mess with him Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes so you can imagine the drama of such a 'lifethreatening ' injury Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

After hiding under the table at the vets, he finally got it bandaged up - in BRIGHT PINK!!!!! Street cred is completely gone!!!

He also had to be carried out of the vets (won't walk with the bandage on), lifted into the car and then carried into the house - not easy being a 40kg lab!!!

Does he not try and chew the bandage?
We have similar injury with cooper at the mo. he has had 2 bandages (purple then blue) in as many days, because he just walks around on it constantly and they just fall off!
He had a cone on, but he managed to split that, and just would not settle. Plus he couldn't fit in his crate, and we can't trust him out of that at night, so kinda glad the bandages came off.
Gotta hope his cut heals and we don't get told off by the vet tomorrow for the check up!
