Would you recommend I increase his kibble intake while keeping an eye on his poos or would adding something else (eggs, veg, meat, etc) be more beneficial?

It depends what he's being fed, to be honest. If it's a high carbs food, then I'd add tripe, eggs, meat (protein in other words). If it's a good quality, high protein food, then I'd probably just add more kibble to his bowl.

Yes sorry, debate is healthy though Very Happy .

Like Jules I would either add tripe (sorry you will hate it) or improve the quality of the kibble you are feeding (which may well be best quality anyway). I think Orijen is one of the better quality foods on the market at the moment.

For the record (and its only my opinion) I would not feed a growing pup Burns. I think its fine as a food for adult dogs but have never been happy with it for growing pups.

Having said all of that I feed Skinners Field & Trial and I'm happy with that for my nine dogs Wink .

See I said it is a minefield Very Happy .

I'd probably add some raw tripe (the green stuff, not the white, bleached stuff) to it then, working up to about 1lb a day on top of his normal rations. Tripe is a well balanced meal in itself, so you shouldn't be upsetting the "completeness" of his feed too much and generally it is well tolerated and easy to digest, so it doesn't make loads of poo.

You get used to the smell, honest. Laughing My lot have it for brekkie virtually every day Cool .

You can get it from Pets at Home (although it's expensive there) or many animal feed suppliers sell it (try horse feed suppliers). I get mine from a feed supplier who supplies the Greyhound Kennels round here. It's always worth asking around any sort of working kennels, as many will have been feeding tripe for years.
