If it is just frothy yellow bile, I would agree that it is probably just hunger sickness. You could give her a coupld of biscuits first thing before breakfast, or some at bedtime to tide her over. Same again at lunchtime, just that little bit extra might help her hold off from being sick.
Bella and Shadow get this when they are really hungry as well
