I have 2 exactly the same as you and they are now 2 and a half and a joy to own, Tess is an aspiring gun dog but i think i am holding her back lol, and Jake is a happy bundle of fun both have always been a joy to own, no behavioural issues or failure to bond with me like i was told was inevitable Rolling Eyes . Having 2 has never been a problem for me if you have any questions please ask as i too am bored of the very negative reaction to owning 2 siblings.

diamond, thanks so much for that positive comment i really needed it, how much separation did you do ?? like your 2 bramble likes to swim in the sea and beach would rather try Wink to snuggle on the sofa they really are completly different puppies. As for all the neg stuff thats been thrown at me i think im just going to put it to the side and focus on my dogs as it really did affect the first week i had with them, i should have enjoyed that first week instead i was a wreck thinking i have done the worst thing ever !

Mine have only ever been apart for once since i had them, that was when i was at a gundog day with Tess, Jake stayed at home in front of the fire Laughing . I always kenneled them together, walked together, trained together everything. I personally don't see the point in seperating them, they have to live together and learn to behave in each others company so i started from day one teaching them what was expected from being part of my family.

I don't want to steal the OP's thread so if you want a chat more we could start a thread for sibling owners or just pm me.
