I almost missed recognising this milestone date!!!
Happy 1 and a half year Birthday to My Hero!!
This milestone was the first one I celebrated with Luna on this forum back in 2009 so I revisited what I wrote for her to see how the two of them compare... I really am a lucky, lucky Laura!
Luna at 18 months old:
"Worth celebrating because she's turned into such a lovely girl!
I'm so proud of the way she has impressed at Good Citizen training classes and agility training, with the way she has coped with moving countries, with the way she has kept my feet warm with OH away so much and how persistently and sensitively she tries to win over even the most reluctant of dogs to be her friend!
She's getting so good at behaving appropriately around children and older people that I'm considering pulling out the PAT info to check again!"
Well Tucker has impressed at Good Citizen training and agility training AND gundog training! (well he would've got the marked retrieve had L.Hill's demo dog not had a quicker retrieving angle...!) He has adapted superbly to life in the loony bin - learning to treat Luna with the respect a Big Sis deserves, charming extended human family, making mud-splashing ('beer-drinking' ) local, teenage boy dog pals with ease and he has brought much needed laughable young lab antics into our lives!
Tucker is snuggley, cuddly, affectionate and giving. He sits and thoroughly wallows in being stroked, kissed and nuzzled by people and dogs of all ages! He has just stolen my space on the sofa and stolen my Luna snuggles in the process
This little man is an absolute treasure and it is a privilege to call him my my own! We'll head over to the pet shop tomorrow and I'll let him choose a special pressie to celebrate!
Aww happy 18 months tucker Digger sends play bounces and lots of kisses as he knows you like them!! and Theo says welcome to the adult world (altho not quite sure Theo knows what that is yet!!)
Happy one and a halfth (i've just invented a new word) birthday to the Tuckster.
Good idea having half birthday's, must remember Toby's on 21st april.
If you want to walk the boys sunday, will have to be morning, hope this is ok.

Sunday morning is fine! Will text ... Tucker discovered the water hadn't GONE in his paddle pool this morning - it was just hiding under some cold hard stuff!!
And Mary it is VERY hard not to be smitten by the gooey, wiggle waggling monster!!!
