It's taken me a while to write something for Sherpa.
Corbie and Sherpa first met in Jan 2006 at a small LF GT we had at Trizia's house, when I was back down south - it turned out she didn't live too far from where I used to.
Well, Corbie and Sherpa got along so well... they were so alike! They coined themselves the name 'Scorpio Twins' as they were both born in Nov, Sherpa on 1st and Corbie on 7th and Scorpios 
Despite being the eldest Sherpa was a bad influence  Leading my pup into the smelly, muddy pond in his garden... to which Corbie of course obliged and then promptly walked through Trizia's kitchen 
Everytime I went back down south we would always meet up and Trizia and Sherpa. They loved seeing each other and would bark the place down usually!
A couple of years ago we took them for a walk down to the local shore, and Sherpa ran into a muddy puddle.. a very muddy puddle and wouldn't budge He stood, then sat, there barking at us. We couldn't get him out as there was a barbed wire fence, with a steep bank. Corbie and Alfie the Westie stood watching him in surprise Eventually after 10 very embarrassing minutes of Sherpa in the mud barking, he decided to come out again... and we all tried to avoid him... but Alfie and Corbs still manged to get muddy
Sherps was such a gentle boy, loved him to pieces and so did my parents... he always had a fuss of him when he came over to visit and made himself quite at home at my parents house
Through all of his health problems, he soldiered on. But it was still extremely sad when he finally went to Rainbow Bridge and I still can't believe he is gone 
I want to say thank you to my gorgeous neph-pup for being a great friend to Corbie and giving us so many laughs. We will miss you xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thats a loely tribute to Sherpa Karen, I`ve heard so much about him since I joined LF but sadly never got to meet him, he sounds a truly lovely boy and I`m sure Trisha must be lost without him.
As you say he had so many health problems throughout his life but bore them all with stoicism and enjoyed his life to the full, love that pic of him up to his shoulders in filthy water, Lab heaven to most of them
Hope your having fun at the Bridge Sherps and don`t let that Cindy bully you too much
