That's just such a terrible thing to happen....the poor familly  ! There's a big difference between a dog attacking another,and a dog attacking to kill.
I grew up with a boxer,they are a great familly breed and very much like Labradors in character.I'm extremely surprised that Boxers attacked to kill  !! It isn't in their nature.....
