Laughing Laughing It's a Pro dogs dog, and as long as a rescue can vouch for the homechecker they are normally pretty good

thats what they have just emailed me. So long as the home checker is credited by a rescue then they are happy for that person to do it. Just need someone down this way as once check done they will send to Trustees to make a decision on the application.

Does anyone know preferences about wall/fence height and types of fence? One side of our garden has a metal wire fence- it is super secure as our collie tried to jump it and couldn't. The otherside is a wall.

Our Bonnie is a Pro Dogs rescue and our garden was passed by their homechecker. We have part wall and part fence but it's totally secure. 6ft with some plants on top too xx

Well Tucker's home checker ensured Luna was well fussed and was happy to see she was a happy girl living here! She was pleased that I had doors between rooms purely because it meant I could've split the duo up if they needed a break from each other. We talked about how I could set up baby gates and crates as needed. I could shut the door between hall and lounge when opening front door to prevent escapes which is good because front garden has to be unfenced . My garden has mostly 6 foot fencing although because of a change of levels some of it is really a little less but I reassured that if Tucker appeared to like clearing fences then the dog friendly neighbour next door had more than 6ft fencing and I'd be doing a swift visit to B&Q for fence extension! Of course Tucker is more than happy in his garden and is quite happy for me to lift him up to say hi to the neighbour over the top of the fence!!

Good luck with your check! I hope it can be sorted soon!
