Hello I was wondering if any one could suggest any good walks in the Nottingham area I will be taking my sister back down after Xmas and will need somewhere to walk Max when there so any suggestions would be great.

Sherwood pines is nice and clumber park 
My hubby works in Notts so I sometimes take the beast and meet him from work at one of these two

I too was going to suggest Sherwood Pines and there's a brilliant free play area there for children.
Also if you go to the Sherwood Forest Visitors Centre, there is a lovely walk through the woods to the major oak (where Robin Hood hid )
