However, we had a bit of an upset this morning. Amongst other prezzies(which includes a chicken dinner tonight!) he had a 3-pack of new slingshot balls. Took two out with us, the first one he crumbled into fragments within seconds due to severe excitement. The second one he was more careful with, but he set it down while he sniffed a plant. Unfortunately it was on a hill, and it went rolling and rolling down the road forever....never to be seen again.

I've never seen him so distraught. Luckily I managed to convince him to give up the search, and come home where the last of the 3-pack was waiting for him Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

My friend's old boss once said to her that dogs have no feelings or emotions Shocked Try telling Ivan that when he realised his new ball was lost for good due to his own daftness!!

Oh Ivan! Happy birthday, but sorry you lost two of your balls Laughing

I've bought a few balls before which have turned out to be made from some kind of hard cardboard looking material and they didn't last very long either.

Hopefully the nice dinner will help make up for his ball trauma Smile

As for the boss - some people are very ignorant. I just hope such people don't have animals themselves.
