A year ago (short of a week), these tiny little dumplings were found in a box along with their brothers and sisters:
Many of you followed their story as Fionna at Lizzies Barn started to handrear them. Although we lost Figo just hours after saving them, the remaining pups thrived. When the pups were just under 3 weeks old, they were separated and 3 went off to a foster home in Dorset and Moss and Casey came to us. Moss was always meant to be staying with us as Sophie's boy and Casey was only meant to be on foster until she got to 8 weeks but by then her bond with Jacob and the rest of us was too strong and she's stayed.
Anyway. Today is a day that we never dared to think might happen all that time ago when they were such tiny babies, but today the 5 pups - Moss, Casey, Pi, Lexi and Kye - are 1 year old 
There will be presents and yummies later for Moss and Casey but, for now, here are the birthday babes

Not so much now that I'm not doing the Barn emails, but I think Fi gets them from time to time and they do occasionally post on the Facebook page. If they post updates today then I'll copy them over
