That's defintely a positive result. I'm sure if there was any thought it would be better to remove than leave to assess then you would have been told. No doubt you will be keeping a close eye out. Amber has had some cancerous lumps removed and so far no return and Arwen had her lump removed which turned out to be a fatty one.
We can only do our best and you clearly are doing that x x

Your vet must be quite confident it's nothing sinister to say that. I would have done the sane in your shoes. In fact we did just that (kept an eye on it) with our last dog. I'm glad that Billy is okay x x x
