George occasionally has a small gap between his right eyeball and his eyelid so it looks like his eyelid droops. He did have a highly infectious eye infection when he was about 10 weeks old, and his eyes do look a little bald, but I hadn't realised that wasnt normal till i read this. He has been to the vets repeatedly about his eye infection and it took two lots of treatment for roughly 1.5months to shift it but we got there, and he does still get the very occasional odd bit of gunk but its not green so I just monitor him and keep his eyes clean and he seems to be fine.
I would be very concerned if he had a scabby nose though. I was told from being a child that you can tell how healthy a dog is by the condition of his nose. I would definitely get a vet involved to find out the cause before involving yourself any further.
