Either Orijen or Acana, Acana is slightly lower in protein than Orijen.

Or the other option is BARF. My two skinny dogs Murphy and Leo who have quite sensitive stomachs are soooo much better now they are on BARF, they have also gained abit of weight and their general condition is excellent!

Can't reccommend Orijen Highly enough! Its good stuff. I've the yellows in the house on it, and will have Huds on it too within the next week or so. Yes its exspensive, but it really is the best I've ever fed them.

Orijen too, it's 13.5kg bags but you don't feed as much as some lower protein foods so the bag will last you a good while Smile

I haven't followed your story. Is there a reason why he couldn't just be on, say a Skinners working dog food at £20 a sack??? Something we have used is this: http://www.skinnerspetfoods.co.uk/products/field---trial-products/superior/

Hiya diana basically the story is in the last 3 months taylor has lost roughly half his body weight and is stick thin to the point of looking like he is starved. After bloods at the vets and an xray to exclude a blockage and a few other bits and pieces we have just been told to put him on a high protein diet.
The vet said he can find no underlying health problems and taylor is healthy in himself but the vet agrees it is just not normal for such a drastic weight decrease.
