Aimee here this time...
Thanks again for all your advice. We will definately take this on board.
We had quite a good night with him.. he cried alot whilst being in the kitchen so we brought him in the bedroom with his bed and he slept most of the night.. with no accident! Yey! 
Another question though.. i have been taking Whiskey out after food, sleep etc.. but the last time we went out, (after being out for at least 20 mins where he weed about 3 times) as soon as we came inside the house he weed on the carpet.. is this to be expected?
