I have had news my pre op appointments have come through 9th Dec 3.00pm for respiratory function tests and 3.30pm for pre op assessments .

A shame missing out on the dinner but great news after the wait. I know a lady who had this done a few months ago - the weight loss is incredible but even more wonderful is the confidence she has gained.

Well all depends when they want me to start the diet as the diet is like a milkshake but made from water have that for 2 weeks nothing else.

Shame its come on Christmas Nige but there`ll be plenty more after you`ve lost the weight and got yourself where you want to be, as Vikki says have a Christmas dinner before you start all the pre op stuff.
