I may have been rather enthusing and chatty about my dogs with the little people I spend my days with So when one of the little people was in need of a rescue lab a month or so ago, I shared my experiences with their family and gave them a long list of rescues to get in touch with about adopting.
Today I met the gorgeous, gorgeous PERFECT bouncy 7month old choccy girl who is already a very beloved member of their family
I need to pass on the thank you they and their delightful labbie gave me today. All of you with rescues, experiences to share and ongoing support gave me the confidence and desire to give Tucker-pup a home in the first place. Now he is already working his magic and helping other rescues find their way home too.
How lovely that Tucker has been able to help you pass on the joys of owning a rescue dog to others, no doubt this girls new family will be telling others too
Thats lovely Laura.These dogs never forget that you have rescued them.We had a cocker who we adopted at 7 months old,she had been neglected.She loved us unconditionally until she died.
