Hi, thought I'd let people know that my local BARF shop is starting to do deliveries. Their website is www.nurturingbynature.co.uk and the site should be live either today or tomorrow so I've been told!

They are cheaper than the likes of Natural Instinct, Darlings etc so are worth a look.

The shop has a good range of minces, bones, fruit/veg pulps, natural treats etc but not sure exactly what they will be doing via mail order.

The staff are always friendly and helpful too!

I think its nationwide, the prices are slightly higher than the shop to take into account the delivery cost but way cheaper than Natural Instinct, it will be up and running soon as they had the new pricing structure up in the shop.

Its a shame they're not selling their fruit/veg mixes too as they are excellent - really good variety. The natural treats are good, the cow hooves are brill for a pup to chew on. I get them for Leo and they last ages, the stinky sticks are good too - I give them instead of a Bonio these days.

Leo's fave mixes are the chicken/oily fish, chicken/lamb tripe and chicken/mixed offal! I go in the shop on a regular basis and they are really helpful.

I am still thinking of trying mine on raw. I can't see any info on where the meat is sourced from though and I don't like to buy factory farmed chicken.

I think the reason Darlings is costly is because it has an organic range and none of its meat is factory farmed Smile
