I was hoping the Mods and Admins dont mind this post but I was wondering if I could plug this book on here to people.As some of you know I entered a poetry competition to have one of my poems put into a book of poetry written by modern day war poets. The book is written entirely by military personnel, dependents and their families. Its based on their experiences of war. It is being released on Remembrance Day and the proceeds go to the Army Benevolent Fund (ABF) to help injured and deceased personnel and their families. It costs �7.50 on Amazon (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/0091946646) and I'm sure you will agree that it is a worthwhile charity! The book is called "Heroes: 100 Poems from the New Generation of War Poets." One of my poems did get chosen to be put in the book and I am attending the book Launch in London in a few weeks. I am very excited and nervous about going but I want to help such a worthwhile charity which is close to my own heart!

Hey all
Thanks for you support. My poem is called "Realities of Army life" its on page 97 of the book. Was a very surreal experience, people asking for my autograph, photos taken, I even got interviewed by the bbc and a radio station!!! Was an amazing night!!!
Here is 1 photo for now, im awaiting further photos. I hope people will buy this book as all proceeds go to ABF (Army Benevolent fund.)
