They are 'Tuffies' plastic bed liners, I got them last year just before Xmas, but have just looked on Tuffies website and they are not listed anymore Sad Here's their website anyway Tuffies, might be worth giving them a call and see whether they would make you one. They're great for the bedroom as Perla beds + dog claws are really noisy! The liners have a sewn-in foam pad at the base but it fits in the washing machine fine.
