Hello everyone ,

I am joining the forum as we have just acquired a beautiful golden lab dog Wink

I have been lurking for a while but thought now would be a good time to join Wink

My beloved springer spaniel died back in August at the ripe old age of 15 but despite wanting a break from keeping a dog -found myself diving straight back in. The quiet, clean house was simply too much to bare!
So now I am shifting from old dog owner to puppy owner which is a bit of a shock to the system as I haven't had a puppy for 15 years! Hence having to rapidly learn about crates, kongs etc

Hello and welcome, I think you have made the right decision jumping straight back in, it's very difficult being without a dog when you are used to 1, the house is far too clean for starters.

I tried the same thing as you when we lost our old girl Confused we managed 3 months doggy free life Sad and hated every day of it Sad
Lots of hard work to come with a puppy but sooo much fun Wink
cant wait to see some photos Very Happy
