Unfortunately these are not recoverable, the database had crashed and taken them with it, the backup isn't complete as the database crashed during backup !

tbh it was far too clumsy and overbloated (full of images of labs whose owners are not even members of LF anymore) it was causing major issues with the site, backups (the lf site backup was into 30Gb !!!)

I have therefore had to bite the bullet and remove the remnants and I am now in the process of installing a much easier to use new photo gallery software which links into the forums instead and is much easier and more integrated

Sorry guys and girls, at least we will end up with a better solution moving forward as we have had countless issues with the gallery section for months now

is this why alot of peoples sig/avatar and pics posted in threads are just showing as little red X's for me? i thought it was my laptop but maybe not?

Not a huge problem for me as i rarely used my LF album, i kept losing where it was Laughing and i had backed up all my photos on my hard drive anyway phew. Hope no one has lost their photos completely though with no back ups Shocked Crying or Very sad
